The scientific spokespersons assume the scientific coordination of psychenet and the sub-projects.

Organisational structure of psychenet

Offices

The overall project management forms, with the four coordinating offices, the steering team of psychenet. The offices advise the overall project and the sub-projects. Their tasks are building networks, the sustainable development of the whole project, and the development of further care models with new methods of financing.

The "Coordination office outpatient networks" supports the health networks in setting up regional and cross-regional networks of GPs, psychotherapists, specialist physicians and specialist clinics.

Coordination office participation and trialogue

The "Coordination office participation and trialogue" integrates patients and their family members into the general project and the sub-projects (= participation) and enables work to be carried out on an equal footing with patients, family members, and professionals (= trialogue).

The "Coordination office project strategy" develops new care models (e.g. models for integrated care) for the region of Hamburg, and in this respect integrates possible contractual partners and supply partners as well as health insurers.

Research and transfer office for service and business models

The "Research and transfer office for service and business models" implements care innovations in service products with sustainable business models, and where applicable, transfers these to other health regions.

Project committee

The project committee of psychenet is formed by the general project management, the offices and the sub-project leaders. The project committee meets regularly in order to make important decisions on a mutual basis.

Advisory board

Scientific advisory board

Meetings of the scientific advisory board take place at least once per year under the leadership of the selected spokesperson. The task of the scientific advisory board is to ensure the scientific quality of the running projects. The members of the scientific advisory board check the interim and final reports of the sub-projects and offices. The results of the consultations about the reports are communicated directly to the Federal Ministry for Education and Research (BMBF) by the spokesperson.

Regional committee

Meetings of the regional committee take place at least once per year under the leadership of the project coordination. The regional committee advises the general project leadership and the project committee with regard to the anchoring of the general project in the region and in terms of the practical implementation of the intentions of the individual sub-projects in the region.
